The main barn is
connected to the indoor arena. The office is located
in the center of the main barn along with a lounge and
restrooms, all of which are heated and air conditioned.
All barns have cross tie areas for tacking up, tack rooms
and wash racks with hot and cold water. |

Farm has four rings, including three outdoor rings
and one covered ring.

In addition, Prospering Farm facilities also
include a horse walker, breeding stocks, a round pen and a
hay barn. There is housing on the property for
some of the barn's grooms to live in.
